Floyd Mayweather’s 4 Kids: All About Koraun, Iyanna, Zion and Jirah
Floyd Mayweather's sons and daughters have been spotted with him over the years
Floyd Mayweather is a father of four kids: Koraun, Iyanna, Zion and Jirah.
With his late ex Josie Harris, the undefeated boxing champion welcomed sons Koraun and Zion before the arrival of daughter Jirah. Floyd also shares his daughter, Iyanna, with his former girlfriend, Melissa Brim.
While Floyd has had complicated relationships with his children at times, he says he only wants the best for them. Growing up, the athlete showed his love through lavish gifts and experiences, though he tried to instill good values in them.

“I just want my kids to always have manners. I want them to be respectful. I always stress to them, ‘Be positive,’ ” he shared during a press conference in April 2013, per ES News.
Now that all his children are adults and he’s retired from boxing, Floyd is grateful he gets to spend time with his family. While he ensures they are taken care of, he still encourages them to go after their own dreams.
Here’s everything to know about Floyd Mayweather’s kids: Koraun, Iyanna, Zion and Jirah.
Koraun Mayweather, 25
Floyd and Josie welcomed their first child together, Koraun Mayweather, in November 1999.
While Koraun was growing up, his parents had an on-and-off relationship, and he spent most of his time with his mom in Las Vegas, Nev. Despite family strains, Koraun continued to see his father on weekends.
While he sometimes attended fights with Floyd, Koraun admitted he wasn’t interested in the world of boxing, telling ESNews in August 2017 that he preferred basketball.
“We just hang out. We either watch a movie ... or go bowling,” he told USA Today in November 2014 of spending time with his dad. “I find [boxing] boring. It is just like how people sit in the ring and fight for 12 rounds and it gets boring after a while. Sometimes they run.”
In 2018, the eldest Mayweather sibling launched his music career with the release of his first single, “RACK$” under the stage name King Koraun. Since then, he dropped his debut album, A King’s Party, in 2020 and put out the new single “Never Broke Again” in 2023.
Koraun features his other projects on social media, including posting for his more than 300,000 followers on Instagram.
As an adult, he has taken more of an interest in boxing and in 2020, Floyd shared some video footage of them working on a few moves in the ring. “Teaching my son @kingkoraun the fundamentals. Keep up the good work, I'm proud of you,” the boxer captioned the clip.
Koraun later told ESNews that he has no plans to go pro but could see himself doing an exhibition in the future.
Iyanna “Yaya” Mayweather, 24
Floyd and Brim welcomed their only child together, daughter Iyanna “Yaya” Mayweather, in May 2000.
Throughout her childhood, Floyd gifted her memorable presents, including a Rolls-Royce when she was 14, according to TMZ. Two years later, the outlet reported that he spent 7-figures on Iyanna’s Sweet 16, which featured performances from Drake and Future at the Mirage Grand Ballroom in Las Vegas.
In 2018, Iyanna released her debut single, “Oh Okay,” under the name Money Yaya. She rapped on the track and filmed an accompanying music video but hasn't appeared to make any further ventures into the music industry.
The following year, Iyanna began dating rapper YoungBoy NBA. In April 2020, she got into an altercation with Lapattra Jacobs, the mother of one of Youngboy NBA’s children, at the musician’s home in Houston, Texas. During the incident, Iyanna cut Jacobs with a knife and was arrested. Jacobs was treated for non-life-threatening injuries but did undergo surgery.
When the case went to court in 2022, Iyanna pled guilty, admitting “unlawfully, intentionally and unknowingly” causing “bodily injury to Lapattra Jacobs.” She was later sentenced to six years probation, “after which she will have no felony conviction and the case will be dismissed," her lawyer Kent Schaffer told PEOPLE.
“Although we believe that Iyanna was defending herself after being attacked, we thought this was the safest resolution for her,” he added. “This is especially true since her boyfriend and his bodyguards refused to testify; probably due to their own legal problems.”
Iyanna and YoungBoy NBA went on to welcome a son named Kentrell DeSean Gaulden Jr. on Jan. 9, 2021, making Floyd a grandfather for the first time. When asked about his daughter’s pregnancy, the athlete said he only wanted the best for the couple.
“I just want the best for my daughter, always want the best. If that makes her happy, then we’re happy," he said on Hollywood Unlocked Uncensored. "But what I try to do is not get in her personal business because once she’s no longer under my roof, then it’s between her and her better half. Once you’re gone, you fly away from the nest then more power to you.”
The couple’s little boy, nicknamed KJ, is already showing promise of following in his grandpa’s footsteps, showing off his boxing skills on Instagram. He’s even gotten in the ring alongside Floyd on several occasions.
Since welcoming their son, Iyanna and YoungBoy NBA have gone their separate ways.
Zion Shamaree Mayweather, 23
Floyd and Josie welcomed their son Zion Shamaree Mayweather in April 2001.
Josie raised Zion alongside his brother Koraun and sister Jirah in Las Vegas. Although Zion also experienced the ups and downs of his parents' relationship, he followed his older sibling's lead and tried to move on.
Over the years, Zion has been seen at his dad's boxing matches, and as with Iyanna's extravagant celebrations, Floyd threw him a lavish 16th birthday party in 2017.
According to TMZ, the over-the-top party featured a live performance from Young Thug, and at the end of the night, Floyd gifted Zion a Mercedes Benz.
The following year, Zion returned to the sentiment. "Happy Birthday DAD aka: the 🐐," he captioned a black-and-white photo of them hugging on Instagram.
Like his siblings, Zion attended public schools throughout his educational career. Floyd later explained that he didn’t feel private schools reflected what life is like in the real world.
“I make sure all my kids went to public school. Not private school," he shared on The Pivot Podcast in April 2022. "Public school is more like the real world, I feel like private school is more like a boot camp."
Floyd continued, "Everybody gotta dress the same, 'cause they want to keep everybody in a level playing field. But public school is more like [the] real world. It is more diverse."
Since graduating from high school, Zion has been focused on numerous entrepreneurial pursuits, including a clothing line called Philthy Rich Boys.
Jirah Milan Mayweather, 20
Floyd and Josie welcomed their daughter, Jirah Milan Mayweather, in June 2003.
While Jirah had a relatively private childhood, she was usually seen with her father at various sporting events, including his boxing matches. She also showed off her athletic abilities by taking part in competitive cheerleading.
"I’m so proud of you! God has truly blessed me with a beautiful angel!" Floyd wrote alongside a photo of them on Facebook at one of her meets in February 2020. "Keep working hard and always know you can accomplish anything you put your mind to."
He continued, "You will always be a winner in my eyes and if God forbid you ever fall, just know your Father will always be there to pick you up!"
A few weeks later, Jirah's mom, Josie, died at age 40 from an accidental overdose on March 10, 2020. In the following months, Jirah, who was still in high school, admitted on social media that she was having trouble adjusting to life with her father.
In response, Floyd posted a since-deleted photo of Jirah on Instagram with an encouraging caption, per The Shade Room.
“@jirahmilan, I will always love you unconditionally and always know that you can accomplish anything you set your mind to," he reportedly wrote. "There is no limit to how far you can go in life. Always put God first and everything else will fall in place."
The pair appear to be on better terms now and have spent quality time together as of late.
In February 2024, the father-daughter duo were spotted attending the Super Bowl, and the next month, they took a trip to Iceland together, which she documented on her now-deactivated YouTube channel. Floyd and Jirah also visited Spain over the summer.
