A fitness blogger has hit back after getting trolled for having a breast reduction.

Sia Cooper, who runs the popular blog Diary of a Fit Mommy, opened up last year about her decision to remove her breast implants and said the reaction to her decision had been mostly positive - “until this particular person”.

“Earlier this week, I was attacked by a man regarding my breast size,” she shared on Instagram.

“He told me that flat chests were meant for middle school and that a real woman had a ‘grown up body’. Oof.”

She goes on to stress that she has been feeling confident and happy with her natural breast size and that her own body is not here for anyone else’s entertainment.

“Men like you are the reason why I felt pressured into getting breast implants in the first place when I was perfectly fine to begin with,” she continued.

“I’ve never felt more confident or sexy than I do now-naturally.”

Why Sia decided to get rid of her implants

Last year Sia told her 1.2 million followers she was having her implants removed after seven years, due to to some serious health issues.

She originally went under the knife in 2011 after her ex-husband “encouraged” her to get implants, and also following a 20kg weight loss to make her feel “more feminine and voluptuous”.

But in the following years, Sia found herself dealing with “hormonal imbalances, chest pains, extreme fatigue, brain fog and hair loss”.

“As my health declined for another year, I realised enough was enough and I had to do whatever I could to see what the problem was, even if that meant removing my implants,” she told Yahoo Lifestyle earlier this year.

“I was really worried I would be disappointed in my appearance and miss having larger breasts, like a piece of me would be missing even though it wasn’t my natural state.”
