Fans Are ‘Making a Run’ to IHOP for New Item Dropping in March
Fans of IHOP are ready to rush to the restaurant once March starts to get their hands on the new Pancake of the Month, Bananas Foster.
The exciting food news was shared by food influencer Markie_Devo on his social media accounts, along with the announcement that the flavor is expected to debut on menus on March 1.

Joking about the quality of the promotional image he shared—which is reportedly from an IHOP employee—he wrote, "Even though this image is in Windows 98, I’m still shaking my team NaNa pants.🕺🏻🍌🥞."
"IHOP pancake of the month for March 2025 is Bananas Foster. These feature 4 buttermilk pancakes filled & topped with fresh sliced bananas, Bananas Foster Sauce & whipped topping," he went on, describing the tasty menu item.
The Bananas Foster flavor hasn't been officially confirmed by IHOP, but the image shared in the new post looks very similar to the blurred photo previewing the March flavor on IHOP's website.

Fans were excited about the Pancake of the Month flavor, with one writing, "Your caption made me giggle 😂 I'm definitely making a run 🏃🏻♀️ thanks for sharing 👍🏻."
"Okay yes please yes please ! team banana !🍌," declared an excited fan, as another noted that National Pancake Day is on March 4. For the holiday, customers can go to IHOP between 7 a.m. and 8 p.m. to get a short stack of the Buttermilk Pancakes for free.
For February, IHOP's Pancake of the Month was Chocolate Covered Strawberry, in theme for Valentine's Day, with the official description for the menu item saying, "Fall in love with 2 chocolate chip pancakes topped with cheesecake mousse, strawberries and served with 2 bacon strips or 2 pork sausage links, 2 eggs your way & hashbrowns."
The Bananas Foster pancakes are expected to be a limited-edition menu item for March.
