Bill Belichick’s girlfriend, Jordon Hudson, showed support for the football coach’s latest career move with a new photo shared this week with their fans on social media.
Hudson, 24, and Belichick, 72, posed for the photo together while standing in front of a Carolina blue background—a nod to the official school color of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where the eight-time Super Bowl champion will soon be coaching. The university named Belichick the new head coach of its football team, the Tar Heels, in an announcement last month.
Belichick, who took his relationship with Hudson public last year, wore a dark suit with a light blue shirt and a blue and white tie in the picture. He gazed down at his girlfriend with a smile wrapping one arm around her waist.
Meanwhile, Hudson, who wore a short white dress and beige heels, also smiled at her boyfriend. She balanced a football on the palm of her right hand, angling the ball toward the camera to show its Tar Heels logo.
“Pictured: two people who are overtly committed to @uncfootball 🩵🏈,” Hudson wrote to caption the snapshot, which she posted on Instagram on Thursday, Jan. 16.
Though some fans left messages in the comments that were critical of the couple’s 48-year age gap, others praised the “Cute pic,” with one dubbing Belichick and Hudson an “It couple” as another suggested Belichick’s new position makes Hudson “The First Lady of Chapel Hill.”
