Fans Are Calling Butterfinger's 'Incredible' New Ice Cream Bars a 'Genius Move'
Growing up as a kid in the ‘90s, my dad always made a point to watch The Simpsons. He would laugh endlessly as Homer, Marge and the gang plodding their way through the modicum of everyday life with reckless abandon and hilariously outrageous antics.
Whether it was the way Homer said doughnuts like they were a gift from the heavens above or simply the endearing animation, my dad made sure that we knew all about his favorite television show. We even had a deck of Simpsons-themed Uno Cards! In addition to all that though, my dad always kept a stash of Butterfingers on hand as a subtle homage to Homer’s son, Bart.

A crunchy, flaky peanut butter inside covered in rich milk chocolate, all wrapped up into a tasty bar of epic proportions. It’s a masterclass in textures and flavors, making it arguably the fanciest candy bar on the market. And, I’m sure my dad would agree.
It doesn’t get any better than a Butterfinger—although, Butterfinger BB’s will forever have my heart. That is unless, of course, you turn it into an ice cream bar. That’s right, folks. Bart and Homer’s favorite treat is getting a well-past due upgrade, and @snackolator is sharing all the mouthwatering peanut butter, chocolatey details.
The foremost voice in snacking innovations shared a firsthand look at Butterfinger’s new Ice Cream Bars, and we’re racing to go grab a box. According to the influencer, they’re “crispy, crunchy” like a classic Butterfinger candy bar, and get an extra flavor upgrade from cool creamy Butterfinger-flavored ice cream.
The entire bar is coated in Butterfinger’s signature milk chocolate further adding to that classic chocolate, peanut butter flavor. After trying a bar himself, the resident foodie gave the bar a resounding “9.876 out of 10” and went on to state that he can’t wait to try both the Baby Ruth and 100 Grand ice cream bars set to hit stores soon.
For now, it looks like you’ll only be able to grab these at Kroger and Albertsons, with a few fans saying they found them at other regional stores. It’s worth noting that you can use the store locator on their website to find a box near you and if you do happen to find them, make sure to save a box for me—ehrm, I mean my dad.
