Kim Kardashian reveals her post-baby diet plans!

She famously shifted her post-baby weight after her first pregnancy to get down to her best shape ever, and Kim Kardashian revealed she’s planning to get back to her pre baby body weight best using the Aitkins diet.

The 35-year-old beauty has revealed that she’s already lost 13 kilos, but she still wants to lose a further 18 kilos, as she is four kilos heavier after giving birth to Saint in December compared to her first pregnancy with North.

“Teaming up with Aitkins because it works for me,” Kim tweeted.

Colette Heimowitz, Vice President of Nutrition and Education at Atkins Nutritionals, commented on the announcement, saying, “On Atkins, Kim is eating a wide variety of foods including proteins such as fish, chicken, eggs and meat, lots of colourful vegetables, low glycaemic fruits like berries, cantaloupe, and healthy fats like cheeses, nuts, avocados and olive oil. She is also enjoying Atkins shakes and snack bars as convenient options when she is busy and on-the-go.”

“Atkins is based on whole foods, and allows for about 25 percent more calories per day than a typical 1,200-calorie diet, which means less hunger and more satisfaction. Nursing mums, like Kim, can safely and effectively lose weight on Atkins (at a slow and steady pace) as they are receiving adequate calories, from high fibre carbohydrates, protein, and healthy fats.”
