Khloé Kardashian officially calls off divorce from Lamar Odom

Khloé Kardashian and Lamar Odom have officially called off their divorce.

The 31-year-old Keeping Up with the Kardashians star's lawyer Laura Wasser appeared before a judge in LA yesterday and asked to withdraw court papers the couple signed in July to legally dissolve their marriage.

According to TMZ, the judge immediately granted the request after Wasser presented a dismissal document signed by both parties.

Khloé filed for divorce from Lamar, 35, in December 2013 following months of rumours he was addicted to drugs and cheating on her, but delayed signing the papers until last summer in the hopes of rekindling their relationship.

She previously admitted: "I love Lamar to death. He is the love of my life. We had a fantastic marriage. Do I wish he had tried harder? Yes. Do I think that he maybe didn't have the energy to fight because he was fighting so many other things? Yeah."

Their divorce was never finalised due to a backlog at the courthouse, but the judge was expected to sign off on it by the end of this year.

Khloé only recently cut contact with Lamar but rushed to be by the former L.A. Lakers player's side after he was found unconscious at a brothel in Nevada last week following a four-day drugs and alcohol binge before putting her four-month romance with James Harden on hold.

An insider claims Khloe has privately vowed to continue to support Lamar and they both agreed to give their marriage another chance in the future, but right now we're told the reality star doesn't want to "make any big moves" during Lamar's recovery, and called off the divorce because she felt it was "the most sensible thing to do."

A source close to the Keeping Up with the Kardashians beauty told UsMagazine.com: "This is a very delicate and difficult time for both Lamar and Khloé, and the most sensible thing to do at such a time is not make any big moves and put everything on hold. So that's what she is doing."

The couple split in December 2013 after four years of marriage, but only signed their divorce papers in July and were waiting for the judge to make it official before requesting their case be dismissed today.

Another insider previously claimed the duo have decided to rekindle their relationship.

Meanwhile, Jonanthan Cheban, who is best friends with Khloé's sister Kim Kardashian West, is shocked by how well Lamar is doing since emerging from a coma late last week.

He told E! News: "It looks like he's really strong. Now you know why athletes get paid so much money because they're like bulls. It's just unbelievable that someone could have so much happen to even get to the point where he is now. To me it's like unbelievable and miraculous. I wish I could be that strong as a person to begin with."
