It's awkward enough running into an ex, but to be stuck on the same flight is just unlucky.
Gigi Hadid and ex-boyfriend Cody Simpson experienced the awkwardness first hand when they ended up on the same plane yesterday.
Just one month after their split, Cody, 18, took to Snapchat to share the selfie of himself with the 20-year-old model sitting next to each other during the flight. "When u get seated next to ur ex on a plane," he captioned the snap.
The exes looked pretty civil considering Gigi moved on with Joe Jonas just weeks after breaking things off with Cody.
The Aussie singer wanted to focus on his career, according to PEOPLE magazine. "Cody and Gigi want each other to be in a place right now that allows him to only focus on his music, fans and new message, while she can focus and continue building her career," said Cody's rep at the time.
