For its ~lucky 13~ season, the series is bringing all the chaos, including 15 new nightmare-inducing costumes, a new crop of theme nights ranging from "Boy Bands" to "Shrek," and a masked figure named Detective Lucky Duck who will “pop in throughout the season to offer cheeky and luck-related clues,” as FOX teased in a statement.
