Ben and Erin Napier have done it again! On the new episode of Home Town, they took on the renovation of a very eighties property (so many hearts!) in Laurel, Mississippi, and transformed it into a beautiful chambray-inspired retreat.
Homeowners Debbie and Greg Ewen enlisted the Napiers help to transform their home, getting rid of lots of dark wood and brick, opening up the floor plan, and adding plenty of color and light. The highlight of the renovation for avid baker Debbie was the beautiful kitchen, complete with an alcove for the stove and a white oak island custom-made crafted Ben.
During the reveal, Ben and Erin showed Debbie the island's many features, including a roll-out marble slab perfect for her cookie decorating. Debbie was overcome with emotion by the thoughtful addition and said, "I never would've thought of that. Y'all are smart. Y'all should do this for a living."
Erin teased the episode on her Instagram account and said, "TONIGHT on #HGTVHomeTown, you’ll see my favorite kitchen build ever by @scotsman.co." It's safe to say viewers agreed with her assessment!
HGTV shared a video of the home on their account, and fans flooded the comments section:
