Q. What motivates you most in your work?
Knowing that all areas of our lives are more enjoyable when we feel healthy. Helping people turn around a particular health issue and hopefully teaching them how to prevent future illness, is truly rewarding.
Q. What one thing would you like to have more of in your day?
Is it too predictable to say time? A close runner-up would be laughter—you can never have enough.
Q. What is your wellbeing wish for Australian women 40+?
I'd like them to take more time to look after themselves without feeling guilty. That nurturing instinct that women seem to have often applies to everyone but themselves! It's amazing what we can pack into a day, but it takes time to do the very things that we need to stay in great health, such as eating well, exercising regularly and getting enough sleep—and there are no substitutions!
