Elizabeth Hurley recently went out on the town in full glitter and glam, wearing a stunning gold gown.
The English actress brought her fans along for a night out in a new video shared to Instagram on Sunday, Jan. 28, when she donned a sleek gold ensemble and shining accessories.
"Glittering in Versace ❤️," she wrote alongside the clip, which was set to Heidi Klum's cover of Corey Hart's song "Sunglasses at Night." In the short video, Hurley wore a metallic strapless gown with a V-neckline, with sequins creating a criss-cross pattern on the front and down to her hips.
She paired the dress with a gold clutch, dangling earrings, and what looked like a fuzzy white shawl, while her hair was styled in her signature waves. Hurley showed off the look as she walked down the steps of her accommodations, before heading off in a car to whatever she had in store that night.
Donatella Versace stopped by the comments to praise the actress, writing, "You are soooo beautiful @elizabethhurley1 ♥️," while Hurley's son Damian simply commented, "😍😍😍😍😍."
"All that glitters...is gold.🧡," complimented a fan, while another declared Hurley the "Epitome of elegance and grace."
"Stunning gown darling 🔥❤️," a third chimed in.
Hurley actually has a long-lasting relationship with the designer brand Versace that includes an iconic fashion moment in 1994, when she attended the premiere of Four Weddings and a Funeral with then-boyfriend Hugh Grant in a black Versace dress held together with oversized gold safety pins.
The moment helped kickstart both her career and her connection with the fashion brand, with the actress telling Variety in a 2022 interview how she "didn’t know that his movie was going to be a sensation...So the next day when the papers went demented, both about the movie and, bizarrely, about my dress, it was very surprising to both of us. But, of course, we’re both very grateful for both those things happening.”
