New details are emerging about an alleged alcohol-fueled party held at an elementary school principal’s house where fights broke out, one teen got so drunk he needed medical treatment and another teen pointed a gun at a partygoer.

As PEOPLE previously reported, Elizabeth Hill-Brodigan, 47, of Cocoa Beach, Fla., was arrested after police busted up a wild "white lie" party attended by more than 100 juveniles at her home on Sat., Jan. 19, court records show.

Hill-Brodigan, the principal at Roosevelt Elementary School in Cocoa Beach, was later charged with child neglect, contributing to the delinquency of a minor and holding an “open house party,” Cocoa Beach police said in a press release.

The alleged drama started at 8:45 p.m. on Jan. 19, when police were called to the principal’s home regarding numerous complaints about noise, alcohol and narcotics use, according to the incident report obtained by PEOPLE.

One of the officers who responded to the complaints phoned Hill-Brodigan, who said she was down the street and would return home to “handle the issue,” according to the incident report. But the party allegedly continued for hours, police said.

According to an arrest affidavit obtained by PEOPLE, students interviewed by detectives said parties like this happen once or twice a month — and “most students” knew that Hill-Brodigan was the principal at Roosevelt Elementary School in Cocoa Beach.

The party on Jan. 19 was hosted by Hill-Brodigan’s two sons and advertised on Snapchat, the affidavit alleges.

"Alcohol was ready and available in multiple red/white coolers inside the residence,” it says. Marijuana was being used at the party too, it alleges.

At one point during the party, a boy wearing a mask was seen pointing a gun described as a Beretta pistol at someone recording him on video, the affidavit alleges. Police said they found no juveniles with firearms.

During the night, fights broke out, including when one student slapped another for punching a third student, police allege in the affidavit. Another student, a female, was arrested and charged with a DUI, while a girl in the passenger seat was busted for marijuana possession.

Some students told police Hill-Brodigan was inside the house while the party was going on and told one of her sons to stop the party, the affidavit says. Her son ignored her and she took no further action to stop the party.

Officers found one minor on the front lawn “experiencing an alcohol related medical event,” police said in the release. “The juvenile was so heavily intoxicated that Brevard County Fire Rescue (BCFR) had to respond to treat them."

Speaking with police, Hill-Brodigan initially denied being involved in the events at her property or any other "underaged 'ragers.'" But some students that she had been helping teens prepare for the party and "seemed okay with what was happening."

Hill-Brodigan was released on $3,500 bail on Saturday morning, according to the Brevard County Sheriff's Office. Anderson was released on a $3,000 bail.

Both women have been placed on administrative leave pending the results of a police investigation, Brevard Public Schools said, per News 4 Jax.
