'Dream come true!': Jennifer Hawkins gives birth to a baby girl
Jennifer Hawkins and husband Jake Wall have welcomed their first child, a baby girl.
The bub’s arrival was announced on both parents’ Instagram accounts along with her name: Frankie Violet Hawkins Wall.
“Dream come true! So thankful to be holding our beautiful healthy baby girl!” the first-time mum captioned her post.
“We couldn’t be more in love.”
Welcoming Frankie
Proud dad Jake also gushed about his family’s newest addition telling followers “our hearts are full”.
In the collection of snaps shared, little Frankie is seen wrapped in a pink blanket while being held in the arms of her adoring parents.
Earlier this year, 35-year-old Jen admitted she was ‘so scared’ to get pregnant again after previously experiencing a miscarriage.
The former Miss Universe Australia made the candid admission in an interview with Stellar, where she called the year following the ‘toughest’ of her and Jake’s lives.
“I felt like I almost broke and, in fact, it’s still really raw,” she said in reference to becoming pregnant with Frankie.
“When we went to see the heartbeat scan for our little girl, it was the most incredible, overwhelming feeling because prior to that we were so scared.”
“I’m sooo happy to share with you some exciting news! Jake and I are expecting a baby girl!!!” Jen told her social media followers at the time. “We can’t wait to meet her!”
“Thank you to our beautiful family and friends for their love and support and, most importantly, to my hubby Jake – I can’t wait to see you as a Daddy! @jakewwall xx.”
