“The Tonight Show” host Jimmy Fallon on Thursday jabbed President-elect Donald Trump with multiple jokes about his upcoming second inauguration.
Trump on Monday “will take the oath of office, then out of habit he’ll put his hand on the Bible, sign it and then try to sell it for Bitcoin,” Fallon cracked.
The returning POTUS is currently “preparing for his big move back to the White House,” Fallon teed up another gag.
Then came a Marie Kondo and closed Trump classified documents case-referencing punchline: “Right now, he’s at Mar-a-Lago going through classified documents like, ‘Does this spark joy?’”
Fallon noted how polls suggest that Trump is returning to the White House with “far more support” than he did when he first entered the president’s official residency in 2017. “The producers of ‘Joker 2’ were like, ‘Sequels can be harder than you think. Just saying,’” the comedian zinged.
