Pic follows cynical degenerate Mark (Franco) and bumbling idealist Davis (Jackson) as they’ve both hit rock bottom. Paired for a job by a shady transport service, their task seems simple: transport Sheridan, a wealthy troubled teen, to rehab. But Sheridan has other plans and what starts as a simple road trip becomes an unhinged odyssey of drug-fueled disasters, near-death experiences, and criminal encounters. Out of their minds and in way over their heads, Mark and Davis find the courage to face their failures and realize that it’s not the destination that matters, it’s the shitheads you meet along the way.

Brandon James (The Righteous Gemstones), Alex Orr (The Decameron), Blair, Franco, Nathan Klingher (The Surfer)Ford Corbett (Land of Bad) and Jeremy Saulnier (Rebel Ridge) will produce, with Gramercy Park Media co-producing and financing. Gramercy’s Joshua Harris and Mark Fasano will be executive producers.

21 Jump Street and Now You See Me star Franco is coming off rave reviews for Sundance hit body horror Together. GOT star Dinklage is coming off Oscar contender Wicked and is in post on Roofman with Channing Tatum. Straight Outta Compton star O’Shea Jackson Jr is coming off action sequel Den Of Thieves: Pantera alongside Gerard Butler.

The film has long been a passion project for actor-director Blair. A previous incarnation of the dark-comedy back in 2017 had Luke Wilson and Tracy Morgan attached.

Franco is represented by WME, Anonymous Content, and Felker Toczek. Jackson is repped by WME, Cube Vision, and Johnson Shapiro. Dinklage is represented by CAA and Jackoway Austen. Blair is represented by CAA, Anonymous Content, and Garrett Legal.
