Dairy Queen’s New Oreo Blizzard Flavor Is ‘Breaking Hearts’—Here’s Why

Dairy Queen is releasing a new Blizzard flavor—but not everyone will have access to it.

In a new Instagram post shared on Sunday, Nov. 17, it was revealed that the ice cream chain is testing out a frozen treat including Oreos, with snack aficionado Markie Devo providing a picture of the extremely limited (at least for now) option.

"Dairy Queen is currently testing a new Golden Oreo Confetti Blizzard in Ohio," the social media post announced, much to the dismay of the snack blog's followers, due to the small geographical region it's currently being offered in.

"You keep breaking my heart every day with these select locations 💔😩," one lamented.

From the looks of the image, the Blizzard is seemingly featuring vanilla soft serve with Golden Oreo cookie crumbles and colorful candy pieces. It's unclear what the tiny sprinkled-in additions are made of.

More commenters chimed in under the social media upload to express frustration over the limited testing location.

"UGH THIS SOUNDS SO GOOD BRING IT TO COLORADO," one begged, as another pleaded, "Come on Ohio. Please pass the test so you can bring it to Florida."

Someone else insisted the dessert "Looks like joy in a cup," with another even admitting, "This is my dream 🥹."

Many were excited even at the thought of having the opportunity to get their hands on the Golden Oreo Confetti Blizzard, writing things like, "i would devour this," "Sing me up for anything golden Oreo 🙌," "Yes!! Nationwide! PLEASE!!!!!" and "I need it right now."
