Curry Tomato Soup

Tablespoon olive oil
2 tea spn curry powder
2 tbl spn corriander powder
1 onion - diced
2 cloves garlic - crushed
410g can Ardmona Crushed Tomatoes
4 cups vegie stock
2 cups water
1 cup red lentils
1/2 cup fresh coriander - chopped
4 hard crust round rolls
Method
Method
1. Put oil, curry and ground corriander in pot and fry off.
2. Add diced onion and fry till see through.
3. Add Ardmona Crushed Tomatoes, lentils, stock and water then simmer for at least half an hour (until lentils are fully cooked.).
4. Add chopped fresh coriander to pot 5 mins before serving. Keep a little over for putting on top to serve.
5. To serve scoop out roll and fill with soup. Top with extra, fresh coriander and bread lid
