It’s cheap and relatively simple, endlessly customizable, and can taste like it came from a fine dining establishment without a ton of extra effort or cash. Maybe it’s the carbs or the glorious array of sauces, the way cheese clings to it so effortlessly, or just the way it feels like a giant hug—but whatever it is, we’ll never say no to a plate piled high of the good stuff. And while their names may be slightly intimidating, all of these dishes are relatively simple and require nothing more than quality ingredients and a little dash of love. Of course, if you happen to be running short on time, love—or both—who says you have to sacrifice delicious pasta that tastes like you made it from scratch with all the lovey-dovey feelings you can muster? Brands like Ripi Raviolli are aiming to tackle that conundrum by offering wildly delicious restaurant-quality pasta dishes that are quicker and more accessible than ever.

Even if ravioli isn’t your style, Costco’s got a fettuccine dish waiting in the freezer aisle, perfect for when the late-night pasta craving hits, and with a few sneaky upgrades, you can’t even tell it’s not homemade. Costco superfan @costco.so.obsessed shared news that Ristorante Garofalo Fettucini Alfredo with Truffle is available now in select Costcos in the Bay Area, and shoppers are losing their minds. This ready-to-cook frozen pasta only takes 6 to 7 minutes to heat up in a skillet with just a splash of water.
After stirring the pasta to melt the IQF (individual quick frozen) alfredo sauce and covering it with a lid, the pasta is al dente and ready to devour. To elevate the dish further, you could toss in some crispy chicken, steak, shrimp, or even a few veggies to make this a showstopping and undeniably quick meal. Top it off with a quick glug of Spicy Virgin Olive Oil, and you’re in for a dinner you’ll crave all week.
Understandably, fans were drooling in the comments, with most saying, “🤤🤤 I need this!!!” We vehemently agree, and until Ripi gets a national rollout, we’ll be stocking up on bags of these to hold us over. Can someone pass the garlic bread?
