Get ready, Coca-Cola lovers, because things are about to get a whole lot spicier!

This week, the beloved soda company announced a brand new flavor to spice up their beverage lineup, and judging by the drink's bold flavor notes, it's bound to do the trick.

The new bubbly concoction is called Coca-Cola Spiced, and it contains hints of raspberry and spiced flavors, though the brand promises it isn't actually spicy.

The new flavor, instead, "blends the iconic taste of Coca-Cola with a burst of refreshing notes from raspberry and spiced flavors," the brand said about its latest fizzy beverage, calling Coca-Cola Spiced it's "boldest-tasting innovation yet," per Today. It also marks the first permanent new flavor introduced by Coca-Cola in over three years.

According to the brand, fans have been looking for something like Cola-Cola Spiced for quite some time now. The new drink, which is apparently a "direct response to category trends and consumer demand," is finally expected to quench that thirst.

"If you go to the aisles, you’ll see the amount of spiciness has gone up because consumers' taste palettes have evolved. We realized that could be an opportunity for us," Coca-Cola’s North American marketing chief Shakir Moin told The Associated Press. "Can we dial up something which is already part of our formula and bring in a taste profile that is interesting, unique, and brings in the next generation of consumers?"

Coca-Cola Spiced will be available only in North America, and it's expected to hit shelves starting Feb. 19. It will be available in regular and zero sugar varieties, and it will come in a 12-ounce can, a 12-pack of 12-ounce cans, a 10-pack of mini cans, a 20-ounce bottle, a six-pack of 0.5-liter bottles, and 2-liter bottles.
