Chrissie Swan reveals exercise hack after fitness transformation

Chrissie Swan has a new take on excitement these days, in the form of her exercise and fashion choices.

The 48-year-old TV and radio host took to Instagram to share how she keeps warm while spending at least two hours outdoors daily.

Chrissie proudly showed off her new waterproof and windproof jacket, which she says is perfect for exercising in Melbourne's cold and wet weather.

The Logie winner has openly documented her fitness transformation on social media after quitting alcohol and embracing a healthier lifestyle in early 2021.

Chrissie has also taken up meditation and long daily walks, writing on Instagram earlier this year: "Learning how to meditate kicked it off for me and I realised after the first 10-minute block that it was the first time in ages I'd stopped and slowed down with my own wellbeing top of mind."

The former I'm A Celebrity... contestant showed off her new warm jacket while getting her daily exercise.

"My idea of excitement these days is trialling my new waterproof/windproof jacket while walking in the rain," she captioned the photo.

"Pleased to report I was warm AND dry the whole time! It worked! Thrilled," Chrissie finished the Instagram post.

"BTW jacket is Kathmandu," the Aussie star wrote in a follow-up snap. "Worth every penny for someone who is looking down the barrel of spending 2 hours+ outside every day in a Melbourne winter."

Remaining true to her fans, the star made sure her followers knew her endorsement was genuine adding, "(Not sponsored - I pay for all my Kathmandu Gear btw)."
