He's been the envy of every gym junkie and has had the ladies lusting after him, but Chris Hemsworth think his impressive muscles "have a mind of their own".
Having been in peak physical shape for the last few years while playing Thor, the 34-year-old joked that his biceps are taking over and his body physically reacts when it comes to playing the hammer-wielding Norse god.
"Well, yes, they’ve got a mind of their own, I know," Chris joked while chatting to news.com.au about his latest upcoming flick Thor: Ragnarok.
The Aussie actor hasn't been shy in giving fans a ticket to the gun show over the years, sharing numerous snaps and videos of his workouts to social media, much to delight of his many female, and male, admirers.
"I’m eating every two hours so it’s not just the working out part," he added to the outlet when discussing what it takes to physically transform into Thor.
And while it seems Thor has bulked up over the years, there's some aspect from his ever-changing character that Chris doesn't miss.
"I do not miss the hair. Especially at five AM when it takes an extra hour to put it on. The hair was part of the transformation when Thor gets thrown into this gladiatorial world. Believe me, I am really happy about it but there is probably 30 per cent of the film when I have the wig on. Those are not my favourite days," he confessed.
