'Chicago PD's Marina Squerciati Leaves Fans Breathless with 'Vintage Hollywood' Photoshoot

Marina Squerciati

Marina Squerciati, who stars in the hit drama Chicago P.D. as Officer Kim Burgess, went back in time to old Hollywood for a fun photoshoot that resulted in beautiful photos of the actress.

Squerciati shared some snaps from the project on Instagram, with the 39-year-old introducing it by simply writing, "Vintage Hollywood." In the photos, Squerciati brought classic glamour to life with a bold red lip, dark lashes and a relaxed updo while wearing a vintage short-sleeved silk dress in a light gold color. The second image featured Squerciati leaning against a railing overlooking a large room as she stared wistfully out of frame.

The actress was photographed by Ross Wood who works in production on the Chicago One shows. Wood first shared photos of the final product back in October, explaining how the vintage photoshoot came to be.

"This was just a fun project that we came up with on the set of @nbcchicagopd. We wanted to shoot an old Hollywood type of story," he began, before describing why Squerciati was the perfect woman for the job. "Marina obviously has a very classic Hollywood beauty and vibe that is timeless and lent itself to this shoot."

Squerciati's friends and fans alike were stunned by the images, with co-star LaRoyce Hawkins saying, "geezus kriste Burgess😳," while Tracy Spiridakos wrote, "🔥🔥."

"Didn’t think you could get any more beautiful my my my🔥🔥," wrote an appreciative fan, as another took the time to comment, "D...I....V.....I.....N.....E."

"Are we sure she isn't a real life painting????" questioned a third confounded by the stunning photos.

Someone else agreed that Squerciati was made for this style of fashion, writing, "The vintage look suits you so well😍."

Whenever Squerciati isn't looking gorgeous in fun photoshoots, she's usually acting in her TV show or hanging out with the cast. Recently, she and Spiridakos took some time for themselves to enjoy a spa day away from the hustle and bustle of Chicago P.D.
