You can't always get everything you want in life, but at the very least, you can now snack on the Cheetos flavor you've been dreaming of for so long.
In February, Cheetos released its first-ever pickle flavor after it said fans had long pleaded for this exact seasoning. In fact, it says it's the most requested Cheetos flavor ever. And it's calling its "dangerously dill-icious" twist, Cheetos Flamin’ Hot Dill Pickle.
"The new flavor blends the timeless tang of dill pickles with the hit of heat Flamin’ Hot fans know and love, bringing heat seekers a pickled punchy spice unlike anything they’ve experienced before," the company shared in a statement with Food & Wine. It noted that the flavor is available starting today at retailers across the United States.

As for why this flavor and why now, it explained that it's simply answering the call from the public, as #Pickle has amassed nearly four billion views on TikTok, while Pinterest named "pickles" as a top trend for 2025. It also said that Gen Z was of particular interest after the generation "turned Cheetos onto this match made in spicy-tangy heaven via social media. These fans have long been showcasing their pickle-fied Cheetos Flamin’ Hot creations online. From dusting Flamin’ Hot Cheetle over pickle spheres to coating the viral 'chickle' (cheese-covered pickles) in crushed Cheetos Flamin’ Hot, it was these fan-created recipes that inspired Cheetos’ latest flavor."
If you can't find a bag of Cheetos Flamin’ Hot Dill Pickle anywhere, you could make that "chickle" at home to satisfy you until you do. Cheetos shared the recipe on its website, noting you just need to gather a bag of Cheetos Flamin' Hot, dill pickle spears, provolone cheese, and sour cream for dipping. You can whip up this snack in 10 minutes.
There are also plenty of other ways to get in on pickle mania, including buying the new pickle pizza, replacing your bread with pickles for a pickle sandwich, using your pickle brine to make everything from dressings to drinks, or infusing your jar with edible glitter for the ultimate social media treat — glitter pickles. Or just stack all these trends together for a pickle party you'll never forget.
