Cheetos' New Collaboration Has Fans Immediately Declaring 'Yes Please'

Two popular cheesy snack brands—Cheetos and Smartfood—are teaming up to offer a new product, and fans are already saying they "can't wait."

On Wednesday, Jan. 22, food blogger Markie Devo shared the news in an Instagram, teasing the reported release of Smartfood Cheetos Popcorn, reportedly coming in two flavors (Flamin' Hot and Cheddar).

"Can’t wait to lick that cheetle goodness off my chubby little paws.🐾🧀," Devo wrote in the caption.

"NEW Smartfood X Cheetos Popcorn!!-Flamin’ Hot-Cheddar📝I’m told this is diff than the previous Cheetos popcorn version. There’s simply only one way to find out…"

Commenters were definitely ready to give the new snacks a chance.

"You had me at Chee😍 I will look out for them! Thanks for posting!" wrote one fan.

"Yes please 😍," agreed a second.

Someone else referenced an earlier Smartfood collaboration, noting that "the Doritos ones are really good so I'm excited to try these ones."

Not everyone remembered the Doritos flavor as fondly, however.

"I am nervous to try because i did not like the Doritos one," another person complained.

This isn't the only new product Cheetos has introduced in recent weeks.

On Jan. 13, Frito-Lay announced the return of the Cheetos Puffs Cheese Pizza flavor, which is said to feature “elements of a classic cheese pizza,” including cheese, tomato flavor, and “and herbaceous notes of oregano and Italian seasoning,” according to a statement shared with Parade.

The same week, food blogger Snackolator revealed that Cheetos revived the Nashville Hot flavor after spotting bags at a Dollar General.

Snackolator's followers had mixed reactions, with one fan calling them “not bad” and another saying they were “ok but way to [sic] salty.”
