A vacation on little to no sleep isn’t much of a vacation. Traveling can be hard on your sleep schedule and bedtime routine, but there are some great products that can ensure you get a good night’s rest while on the go. On this episode of Out of a Suitcase, host and travel influencer Francesca Murray (@onegrloneworld) shares her go-to products that give her great sleep while traveling.
“When I’m traveling, I don’t always have time to do my normal routine,” says Murray. “So if I want to get a good night’s rest and look presentable, these are the products that I bring.”
The first product on Murray’s travel must-have list is the Slip Pure Silk Beauty Sleep to Go! Travel Set. The kit is designed to give travelers their beauty rest while exploring the world. The kit combines a travel-sized pillow with a pure silk pillowcase, and silk sleep mask. Murray says she brings the pillow and sleep mask on long car rides, and “believe it or not, I also bring this pillowcase set when I’m traveling and staying at hotels because hotels tend to use cotton pillowcases, which can be damaging to your hair and skin,” explains the travel influencer. “I always like to wake up looking refreshed and ready for the day.”
Another item on Murray’s travel checklist is sleep supplements. “Travel can be inherently stressful,” explains the host. “There’s a lot of loud noise and the whole process can be anxiety-inducing.” For this reason, Murray uses Natrol Relax+ Night Calm Gummies as literal chill pills to help make traveling a little bit easier.
