Chase Chrisley has been identified as a suspect in an alleged assault incident.

In a police report obtained by PEOPLE, officers from the Atlanta Police Department responded to a call from a local Twin Peaks Sports Bar on Monday, Jan. 6. The report notes that Chrisley, 28, "was no longer on [the] scene" upon the officers' arrival. Yet, the alleged victim in question — whom TMZ, who was the first to report the news, referred to as the bar's general manager — had "identified" the reality star as the perpetrator that assaulted him.

Per the report, the Chrisley Knows Best alum "became really drunk" while inside the Atlanta bar and "started to act very disrespectful and belligerent." The alleged victim asked Chrisley to leave the premises "multiple times" but he refused. Chrisley later "slapped him in the face twice."

Previously, Chase opened up about how "tough" it's been for their family to navigate the big change.

"[My sister] Savannah will go see my dad, I'll go see my moms. We'll rotate, and Savannah will normally take the kids [Grayson and Chloe] down with her," he explained on the Chasin' Birdies podcast in 2023. "But it's tough, man. I mean, our family loves really, really hard, so when you love somebody as much as we love each other, it's definitely very difficult to see your loved ones in a situation like that."

Chase is currently dating Jodi Laine Fournerat.
