CESD Expands Talent Agent Roster With Two New Hires From A3
EXCLUSIVE: CESD Talent Agency has expanded its theatrical talent agent roster with two new hires from the former A3 Artists Agency. Aron Giannini has joined CESD as Co-Head of its L.A. Theatrical Talent Department and Ross Silver as an Agent in its New York Theatrical Talent Department. Their new roles are effective immediately.

Giannini and Silver are expected to bring several of their clients to CESD.
Giannini moves to CESD from A3 where he was Co-Head of the Talent Division for the past five years. Before A3, he was an agent at UTA, where he spent six years in the Agency’s television talent department. Prior to UTA, he spent four years as the Director of Entertainment for Auto Club Speedway/International Speedway Corporation where he oversaw entertainment integration across multiple platforms. Giannini was also a manager at The Collective, where he was part of the company’s initial launch helping build the full-service talent management firm. He began his career in talent representation at 3Arts Entertainment.
Silver began his career with A3 as an assistant in November of 2016 in the Talent Division and became the division’s coordinator in 2019. He was promoted to agent in 2020. Prior to arriving at A3, Silver worked for BRS/GAGE Talent Agency as well as Eisenberg/Beans Casting. Originally from Atlanta, Silver attended Ithaca College where he studied musical theater and theater arts management.
