CBS Reveals Its Midseason Lineup, Including Premiere Dates for 'Watson,' 'Hollywood Squares' and 'The Amazing Race'
CBS today announced its 2025 midseason premiere dates, featuring a slate of comedies, dramas and unscripted series.
New series include Hollywood Squares and Watson, unscripted shows include Survivor, The Amazing Race, The Price is Right at Night and Raid the Cage, and the returning drama NCIS: Sydney.
The new version of Hollywood Squares stars Drew Barrymore as the center square and will be hosted by Nate Burleson. The classic game show features two contestants playing tic-tac-toe with celebrity guests to win money and prizes. The show will be announcing the first round of celebrity guests shortly.
Then Watson, starring Morris Chestnut in the title role, takes place seven months after the death of the titular character’s friend and partner Sherlock Holmes at the hands of Moriarty, when Dr. John Watson resumes his medical career as the head of a clinic dedicated to treating rare disorders. Watson’s old life isn’t done with him, though – Moriarty and Watson are set to write their own chapter of a story that has fascinated audiences for more than a century.
