Carrie Underwood Fans Declare She Has the 'Best Legs' in Impressive New Workout Video
Carrie Underwood might be famous for her voice, but her legs get plenty of attention, too.
The "Before He Cheats" singer shared a video demonstrating how she achieves her toned physique on Instagram this week, and fans couldn't get over the results—not to mention the intensity of the workout.
In the clip, Underwood went through a series of lower-body exercises with her trainer, Eve Overland—including squat pulses, kneeling squats, and lean backs—while wearing a pair of light purple leggings and a black tank top.
"Friends don’t let friends skip leg day 💪," the caption read.

Underwood's followers were definitely impressed.
"Carrie has the best legs! Thanks for the tips!🔥" raved one person.
"I don't think my knees could take this. 😬" admitted a second.
"That’s why you have gorgeous legs! That exercise will get harder on the knees though give it 5 years!" someone else warned.
As her fans know, Underwood and Overland have been working together for years. In 2020, the Grammy winner released the book Find Your Path: Honor Your Body, Fuel Your Soul, and Get Strong With Fit52Life, introducing a Fit52 app that same year.
“Physical fitness makes everything else possible,” she explained in an interview with Women's Health at the time.
“If I can work out seven days a week—which doesn’t happen, but if I can—I’m going to,” she continued, explaining how she maintained her commitment to working out as a busy mother of two. “Because the next week, I might get two days.”
In the same interview, she explained that working out gives her peace of mind.
"I’d love to sit in a bubble bath, but that’s not going to happen," she said. "My self-care is my gym time, and that’s a stress reliever for me.”
