Cajun Cheddar Drop Biscuits Are So Much Better Than Store-Bought

Ingredients
Cooking spray, for baking sheet and forming biscuits
1 1/2 c.
self-rising flour, spooned and leveled
4 oz.
sharp cheddar cheese, grated (about 1 cup)
2 tsp.
Cajun seasoning
1 c.
heavy cream
Directions
Preheat oven to 450°F. Lightly grease a large baking sheet. Stir together flour, cheese, and Cajun seasoning in a bowl. Stir in cream. Scoop dough, with a lightly greased 1/3 cup measuring cup, onto prepared baking sheet.
Bake until cooked through and lightly browned, 10 to 12 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack and cool slightly.
