Bunnings fans go nuts over 'amazing' summer bargain buy

Bunnings fans have gone nuts over a new bargain buy perfect for Christmas and the hot summer days to follow.

Taking to a Facebook group, one social media user shared her find, writing, "Just wanted to appreciate [this] Bunnings pool for under $500 it is so decent and great size... this is fenced."

She then shared her tips on how to find the above ground pool, "For any one who wants one they are not online and no click or collect use the item number in the picture and call your stores or the Bunnings head quarters number it's a 1800 number they will tell you who has it and you can buy off the shelf."

The user added in the comments section that the pool comes with a filter, adding, "It's not big, but does the job."

One user commented, "I have the same pool bloody awesome."

"Looks awesome!!!" someone else said. "Congratulations Bunnings yes perfect size."

"OMG. Even if it lasts one summer, it’s worth it," one fan commented.

"Shut up that’s amazing. Was it difficult to put together?" another questioned.

"Took about 45 [minutes], was very simple," the original poster responded.

Others were unsure of the logistics or setting one up at their homes.

"Do you know if you would need council approval for this pool?" one user asked.

"You need a complying fence and registered," someone else replied.

Every state has different regulations so potentially purchasers will need to check the relevant laws for their specific location.

In NSW, for example, pools that are capable of being filled to a depth greater than 300mm of water will require a child-proof fence.
