Brooklyn Beckham ridiculed over Today cooking segment: 'Painful'
Brooklyn Beckham has been roasted online after appearing on the cooking segment of the Today show in the US and producing a bacon, sausage and egg sandwich.
The 22-year-old son of former footballer David Beckham and former Spice Girl Victoria Beckham, said he really got into cooking during quarantine, where his fiancée, Nicola Peltz, would film him in the kitchen for Instagram.
Brooklyn appeared on the show to whip up a classic English breakfast sandwich, however, some people were left less than impressed with his culinary skills on Twitter..
“Brooklyn Beckham went on tv to show his culinary skills and cooked……a breakfast sandwich. I am done,” one person tweeted.

“Seriously? Embarrassing for everyone involved,” another person wrote.
When asked by the hosts when you would eat the ‘breakfast sandwich,” Brooklyn replied: “Every morning”.
Brooklyn is seen cooking off some English bacon and sausages in a cast iron skillet, which he likes to use in the kitchen.
When the bacon is cooked, Brooklyn takes it out and puts it in a paper towel to get rid of any excess oil.
Then, when the sausage is done, Brooklyn says he slices it in half so it fits in the sandwich.

“Ahhh see what he did,” one of the hosts says.
In a separate pan, Brooklyn then cracks in two eggs, telling the show that his great-grandmother showed him how to cook this recipe so it’s “really special” to him.
He then assembles the sausages, bacon and eggs on two slices of white bread and drizzles ketchup over the top.
The Today show in the US has also listed Brooklyn’s British breakfast sandwich recipe on their website.
