Brittany and Patrick Mahomes Welcome Third Child
Golden Raye has arrived.
The Mahomes family just grew by one. That's right, Brittany and Patrick Mahomes welcomed baby number three, and the announcement couldn't be cuter.
Brittany started off the week with happy news, which she shared with her 2.1 million Instagram followers earlier today. She took to the platform to commemorate the arrival of her bundle of joy, a daughter named Golden Raye, with the sweetest black-and-white photo. The snap shows Brittany and her football star husband holding Golden's tiny little feet; below them is a wooden plaque with their baby girl's name emblazoned across.
"•Golden Raye Mahomes•1/12/25🎀✨," she captioned the post, revealing she actually gave birth to Golden the day prior.
The Mahomes are already parents to Sterling Skye, 3, and Patrick "Bronze" Lavon Mahomes III, 2.
Droves of fans and the couple's many celebrity friends took to the comments to congratulate them.
"Congratulations Patrick and Brittany! Welcome to Chiefs Kingdom, Golden 💛," wrote the official Kansas City Chiefs account.
Fellow WAG Kristin Juszczyk said, "Congratulations!!! So incredibly excited for your family!" while the official New Heights account (Jason and Travis Kelce's podcast) scribed, "Congratulations 👏❤️."
The pair first announced they were expecting again with a joint Instagram post back in July. They posted a video of themselves dancing around with their kids while matching in all-white ensembles and holding sonograms.
"Round three, here we come 🤍," Brittany wrote at the time.
The two first started dating when Brittany was a junior and Patrick was a sophomore at Whitehouse High School in Texas. The Chiefs quarterback proposed to his long-time high-school sweetheart in September 2020, and they went on to have their first child the following February. The love birds tied the knot in a private ceremony in Maui, Hawaii, on March 12, 2022, and welcomed baby number 2 in November 2022.
