'Never before seen': Big W slashes $300 off popular Dyson Animal vacuum

Big W is slashing $300 off its top-tier Dyson vacuum in a surprise ‘never before seen’ sale that will have bargain hunters cheering.

The Dyson V7 Animal is on sale until January 20 for a jaw-dropping $399, which is down from its typical $699 price tag.

Not to be confused with the standard Dyson V7 cord-free vacuum (generally priced at $399) or the Dyson V6 Cord-free which retails for $450, the V7 Animal has 75 per cent more brush-bar power than the V6, according to the retailer.

The powerful vacuum is typically recommended for ground-in dirt and households drowning in animal hair, a life-saver fr all the cat lovers.

The cordless cleaner will run for 30 minutes on a full charge and is typically way above the price range of other Dysons.

With the savings, the vacuum is now the cheapest available in the range, going for $50 less than the less powerful V6.

The 40 per cent off deal will last as long as the vacuums do, and in the unlikely event that shelves are not wiped clean, the offer will finish on January 30.
