For those who want the most affordable option available, Target's under-$50 Universal Thread Straw Basket Tote Handbag is your best bet. I'm actually super surprised and impressed by the quality and craftsmanship in this budget-friendly bag.

Made from seagrass and corn husk, this woven bag has an open-top design with double tote handles, a single compartment and an inner zip pocket that gives you extra space for small items like cash or cards.

Coach

Coach Structured Tote

If you want a luxury handwoven bag with leather details like the Loewe Raffia Basket Bag but want to spend over $250 less, the Coach Structured Tote is, hands down, the best bag to buy. In fact, I'd say it's a much better bang for your buck than the Loewe best seller.

This lightweight straw and refined calf leather bag has an inside zip pocket, a magnetic snap closure and adjustable handles. It’s also detailed with Coach’s leather badge for an iconic touch.
