Yahoo Lifestyle Ben and Erin Napier Offer Long-Awaited Update on 'Home Town Takeover'
HGTV sweethearts Ben and Erin Napier are back and better than ever. With major news for Home Town Takeover fans, just know that we'll be glued to our television come March.
Whoever said that you can't renovate an entire town obviously haven't seen Ben and Erin in action. The husband and wife duo did the unthinkable when they first transformed the small town of Wetumpka, Alabama, for their debut season of Home Town Takeover. In season two, they took on Fort Morgan, Colorado, and now they're back to bring their renovation magic to a brand new state.
The stars are headed back down South to the small town of Sebring, Florida, for the third season of the wildly successful show. Premiering March 9 on HGTV, the couple is set to take on over a dozen renovation projects across homes, local business, and public spaces. Telling from the comment section of HGTV's Instagram post, fans can't contain their excitement. "I love Sebring and can’t wait to watch," one person wrote. "I grew up in Sebring and it will forever be my home. I’m super stoked to see this episode air," said another.
The lakeside town of Sebring is in great hands for a little TLC. With a history of hurricane damage and empty storefronts among their downtown shopping district, Erin and Ben's goal is to breathe new life into the town. By adding colorful murals, community gathering spaces, and of course, bringing their renovation expertise to local establishments, their hope to add some spark back into the Florida town.
If you're thinking "Geez, this sounds like a big feat for just two people," you're probably right. That's why the Home Town stars are bringing reinforcements that HGTV and Food Network fans are sure to recognize. We're talking Dave and Jenny Mars from Fixer to Fabulous, Bryan and Sarah Baeumler from Renovation Island, and Chef Mika Leon from Hot List, to name just a few.
