Beans and Beef Taco

2 tsps olive oil
1 onion, diced
1 clove garlic, crushed
300g lean beef mince
1⁄2 cup diced celery
1⁄2 cup diced mushrooms
420g can HEINZ Mean Beanz- Mexican Jackal
420g can HEINZ Condensed BIG RED Tomato Soup
10-12 taco shells
shredded lettuce, sliced capsicum, avocado and sour cream, for serving

Method
Method
1. Heat the oil in a large saucepan. Add the onion and garlic and cook for 2 minutes.
2. Add the mince and cook for 4 minutes, or until well browned. Add the celery and mushrooms and cook for 2 minutes.
3. Stir in the HEINZ Mean Beanz and HEINZ Soup. Bring to the boil, reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes, or until the liquid has reduced.
4. Add the beef and bean mixture to warmed taco shells. To serve, top with lettuce, capsicum, avocado (guacamole) and sour cream.
