'Bachelor' Alum Maria Georgas Issues a Direct Response to Pete Davidson Dating Rumors

Just weeks after making a cameo appearance on Saturday Night Live, worrying reports about Pete Davidson surfaced. However, Bachelor alum Maria Georgas sent a direct message while setting the record straight about the "false" rumors.

On Nov. 19, Georgas, 30, took to her Instagram Story to address headlines suggesting that she and Davidson dated before he reportedly checked into rehab. She firmly denied both.

"Never dated Pete. False rumor!" she bluntly shared. "I'm friends with his sister. Case closed."

In a follow-up, Georgas continued, "Just spoke to his sister he's not in rehab and has been sober for months. Can't believe this s--t it's very insulting to his recovery and my mental health. He's literally home."

Earlier on Nov. 19, an "insider" reportedly told The US Sun that Davidson, 31, “checked into rehab in Florida fairly recently,” adding that he “flew in on a private jet.”

“He’s in pretty bad shape this time around. He’s not in a good place,” the source continued.

Additionally, the insider claimed that Davidson briefly dated Georgas before heading to rehab. The star reportedly “ended a fling with Maria just before he checked in," though the pair had reportedly only been dating "for a couple of months."

Georgas vied for Joey Graziadei's affections on Season 28 of The Bachelor before ultimately turning down a chance to star in The Bachelorette.
