With Authentic since 2012, new partner Pasch began his career there as Rubinstein’s assistant and has since become an integral leader in the company’s growth. Over the past decade, he has cultivated a talent roster including Justin H. Min (Beef), Laz Alonso (The Boys), John Bradley (Game of Thrones), Liam Cunningham (3 Body Problem), Lilli Kay (Your Honor), and Aria Mia Loberti (All the Light We Cannot See).

Pasch called Authentic “a company with thoughtful leadership, creative thinkers, and wonderful people at every level,” adding that he’s “thrilled to continue my work supporting artists and supporting my colleagues, now as a partner.”

Formerly a talent agent at William Morris, WME, and ICM, Grenz’s client list includes Sam Neill (Jurassic Park), Brandon Perea (Nope), Kali Reis (True Detective), T.R. Knight (The Flight Attendant), Raegan Revord (Young Sheldon), Eve Harlow (The Night Agent), and Elizabeth Tulloch (Superman & Lois). Said the manager, “We’re named Authentic for a reason. I’m proud to be at a company that prioritizes individuality and personally-tailored representation to ensure each colleague and client can achieve their full artistic potential.”

David joins Authentic as a Lit Manager following a career spanning production, development, and literary management. An advocate for underrepresented voices who hails from Australia, she began her journey as an independent producer and production executive, with her films earning accolades such as nominations for the Short Film Palme d’Or at the Cannes Film Festival, the AACTA Awards, and the Screen Producers Australia Awards. She reps a roster of writers and filmmakers, including Amos Mac (Gossip Girl), Aisling Chin-Yee (The Rest of Us), Sean King O’Grady (The Mill), Dani Parker (Midnight Mass), Johnny Ma (Cannes film To Live to Sing) and Jenny Yang (The Brothers Sun).

Potter was previously at Select Management Group for nearly three and a half years. While bridging the gap between digital and traditional comedy representation, she has guided clients to sought-after accolades, including selections for Just for Laughs New Faces of Comedy, tapings with Netflix Is A Joke Radio and SiriusXM, and sold-out tours across the U.S., Canada, and Europe. In the digital space, she has brokered opportunities such as a digital spokesperson role for Malibu Rum’s summer campaign, partnerships with leading brands across tech, music, fashion, and food, and live comedy performances for Dr. Squatch’s Soap Box Series. Her client roster includes Moses Storm, Troy Bond, Bianca Parato, and Jamie Wolf.
