While the Summer House Hive was rooting for Paige DeSorbo and Craig Conover’s love story, the couple called it quits and left their relationship in 2024 after three years together. Once their split was confirmed on December 30, Andy Cohen weighed in on the breakup during a taping of his SiriusXM radio show in the new year.
“They are both in the middle of an incredible amount of success, both of them,” Andy said during the January 6 episode of Radio Andy. “He’s just opened a restaurant in Charleston; he’s got this business; he’s got a store in Nashville; he’s got a place in Charleston.” The Watch What Happens Live host also praised Paige, who he said is “absolutely murdering it, killing it” on her Giggly Squad podcast tour with Hannah Berner.
He also let listeners in on a clue that raised his eyebrows about Craig and Paige’s split before it was confirmed. “I was at the Southern Charm premiere party—she wasn’t there,” he said. “She wasn’t at his place in New York. There have been a few events that she hasn’t [attended], she’s just so busy.”
“I just think the more and more that stuff starts to happen, you worry that it causes a strain or whatever,” Andy added, weighing in with his thoughts on their breakup. “Listen, we still don’t totally know of a reason, so more to come on that, but I was very sad about that. Everybody loved them.”
He then posed the *incredibly* real question that’s on every reality TV fan's mind: “Who’s the first couple of Bravo now?”
As Andy told his cohost, John Hill, “They were really the first couple of Bravo. Everyone was rooting for them. I think it’s an open position.”
Per Page Six, Paige initially announced her breakup during the December 30 episode of Giggly Squad. “Craig and I have decided to no longer be together,” she said, adding that that talking about the situation was “weird.”
The Face Reality ambassador also debunked cheating rumors that made their rounds online, saying, “I love him; I think he loves me. I think we will remain friends. No one did anything. It wasn’t a bad thing. I think we both were just being really mature and saying what we want and what we didn’t want, and I think that’s extremely powerful to be able to voice how you’re feeling in real time and what you want for your future.”
