“All American” Shakeup: 5 Cast Members Exit Ahead of Final Season, Leaving Only 3 Original Stars
Season 7 of the CW show will look very different as five stars exit following Daniel Ezra's departure
There are even more changes coming to All American ahead of its final season.
Five stars are exiting The CW series, the network confirmed to PEOPLE on Sept. 25, including Samantha Logan (Olivia), Cody Christian (Asher), Karimah Westbrook (Grace James), Monét Mazur (Laura Baker) and Chelsea Tavares (Patience). All five of the stars will not be series regulars in season 7, leaving only three of the original cast left to carry the show's final episodes.
Greta Onieogou (Layla), Michael Evans Behling (Jordan) and Bre-Z (Tamia) will return as series regulars, the network confirmed.

The cast shake-up comes three months after star Daniel Ezra announced his departure from the show.
Ezra, 32, led All American as Spencer James for six seasons and closed out his character's story in the season 6 finale by marrying his longtime love Olivia and asking her to move to New York to live with him, laying the groundwork for Olivia's departure, too.
In a statement addressing his exit, Ezra called season 6 "Spencer's goodbye" as he reflected on the "difficult decision to leave All American."
"My sole focus became completing the journey of the most life-affirming character I've ever played in the manner he deserves. Thanks to [EP] Nkechi and the writers, I got my wish."
"I'll miss him. I'll miss our cast and crew. I hope it's been as fun to watch him as it has been to play him," he added.
Despite not being a series regular, Ezra will be involved in season 7 both behind the camera and in front of it, as Nkechi Okoro Carroll said in a statement. "I'm grateful Daniel will still remain an important part of this family, both in front of and behind the camera as we step into a new, exciting chapter of All American."
The CW confirmed that Ezra will guest star in season 7 and also return to direct.
To balance out the departures, season 7 will welcome two new faces: Osy Ikhile and Nathaniel McIntyre.
Ikhile will star as Cassius Jeremy, the new football coach at Beverly High who is "determined to bring Beverly football back to its former glory." McIntyre will play Kingston Jeremy, Cassius' son and Beverly High's new quarterback, per the CW.
Per the official logline, season 7 will take All American "back to where it all began: Beverly Hills High and South Crenshaw High."
"It's the same heart, same NFL dream, same crosstown rivalry, same messy hormones, ushered in by a new generation of L.A. teens, a new Beverly coach and our OG Vortex fam, who are surprised to find they're supposed to be the responsible adults now."
