OLTL aired on ABC from 1968 until its cancellation in 2012. It was briefly revived as a web series in 2013. Davies played “Teenage Viki” in a series of flashbacks in 2003.
During her four decades as Viki, Slezak won a record six Daytime Emmy Awards.
This is the second death to hit OLTL in as many months. In December, Kamar de los Reyes, who played cop Antonio Vega, died at the age of 56 after a brief battle with cancer.
