After a stressful year, Alec and Hilaria Baldwin are enjoying a family-filled Christmas.

On Thursday, Nov. 28, Hilaria, 40, shared photos on Instagram of her crew as they celebrated Christmas Day. The couple and their seven children — daughters Ilaria Catalina Irena, 2, María Lucía Victoria, 3, Carmen Gabriela, 11, and sons Eduardo "Edu" Pao Lucas, 4. Romeo Alejandro David, 6,  Leonardo Ángel Charles, 7, and Rafael Thomas, 9 — can be seen in matching red and black plaid pajamas gathered in front of the Christmas tree. Alec's daughter Ireland Baldwin, 29, with ex Kim Basinger, was not pictured.

"Merry Christmas and much love to you all," Hilaria captioned the post. "Mucho amor…feliz navidad ❤️"

Dressed in all black — complete with a beanie — Alec sat on a chair besides the group with daughter Carmen giggling on his lap.

Alec also took to Instagram to reveal a funny moment from the family's day. In a video of son Edu, Alec playfully tells his son, "Take the water," pointing to a glass on the table. "Now drink it."

He then asks: "What do you say?" When Edu answers with a burp right into the camera, The Boss Baby actor let out a laugh.

"Merry Christmas…" he playfully wrote in the caption.

The couple's holiday posts come two days after New Mexico prosecutors in the Rust case decided not to appeal the July decision to dismiss an involuntary manslaughter charge against Alec, marking the official end of the lengthy criminal case.

The actor's attorneys Luke Nikas and Alex Spiro called the decision "the final vindication" of Alec in a statement to PEOPLE on Dec. 23. "This was an unspeakable tragedy but Alec Baldwin committed no crime. The rule of law remains intact in New Mexico," the actor's counsel added.

Earlier this month, Hilaria shared more sweet family moments on Instagram, including a text conversation between herself and one of her seven kids on her Instagram Stories. "Mom I want water," the exchange began.

Hilaria hilariously replied, "I made you feet and legs. It was hard. Use them."

Over the screenshot of her texts, the mom of seven wrote, "My child from the other room..."

The author later shared the screenshot in an Instagram post, writing in the caption, "Saving this here so it’s at your fingertips if you ever need to use it 🎉. Works in our home! pregnancy is hard work—they should make good use out of the limbs we made 🤣."
