Al Roker wants you to take a page out of his workout manual and start your morning right!

The Today personality took to Instagram early on Monday, June 3, to show off his pre-show exercise routine, and fans are loving the start-of-week fitspo to get them going.

"Ah, good Monday morning, everybody! Let's get it together, our Start Today family," he began the video, addressing the fitness-oriented fans of Today, as an upbeat television track helped to emphasize his message in the background.

"Believe it or not, that's right, we can get stuff done and we are going to do it. That's right, you are the greatest American hero. Let's get her done, baby! Get a little workout!"

"Something is better than nothing Start Today family," he further encouraged, sparing a little time for a brief dance break to groove along to the theme song from the '80s hit The Greatest American Hero, aptly titled, "Theme from The Greatest American Hero (Believe It or Not)."

The meteorologist, dressed in an Oswego t-shirt and a pair of athletic shorts and shoes, went on to show off a series of his morning reps, including lifting weights, working with his resistance bands, rowing with the weights, and more.

Several fans shared that they were motivated to get up and get moving by the montage, with several calling him an "inspiration."

"I’m going to get started now," one added. "Thanks Al."

"You Mr Roker are amazing!!" wrote another. "You made me get my behind up! You are an American Treasure!"

Now, we just need him to drop the official routine in writing!
