Air fryer frittata sends TikTok wild: 'Could eat this every day'

A new viral recipe has been added to the world of air fryer tips, with TikToker Emma Claire sending home cooks racing to the kitchen to try her super easy frittata.
The simple recipe, which has amassed millions of views, takes two minutes to prepare and will be cooked and ready to serve in just 15 minutes.
Emma shares the method in her 23-second TikTok, first lining the air fryer basket with baking paper and drizzling olive oil on the bottom.
She goes on to crack six eggs onto the baking paper, adding vegetables (she uses capsicum, broccoli and baby spinach, but suggests you can add your own favourite veggie combination) and seasons with salt, pepper and paprika.

"Top it off with some cheese, and cook for 15 minutes at 180 degrees," she instructs. "I slice it in half to make two servings, perfect for a quick and delicious lunch or dinner."

According to Emma, the simple air fryer frittata is not only delicious but is also packed full of health benefits. "Eggs are a nutrition powerhouse," she writes. "They contain high-quality protein, vitamins A, D and B2, choline, selenium, omega-3 Fatty acids and more. All important for brain health, bone health, hormones and the immune system."
The TikTok community was loving this simple and easy frittata hack and was hungry for more of the same. "Love this, more air fryer recipes please," responded one user. Another happy home cook tried the recipe and declared, "I could eat this every day."
