Totally worth the brain freeze.

Earlier this summer 7-Eleven brought us the Pumpkin Spice Slurpee, the cool drink we didn’t know we needed, especially while temperatures outside were still topping 100 degrees.

Now, the global convenience store chain is adding another Slurpee flavor to its lineup: Coca-Cola and Oreo. No, those aren’t two different flavors. We’re talking about the combination of Coca-Cola and Oreo in the same cup. Perhaps even more surprising is the fact that the Coke is of the Zero Sugar variety.

“We are thrilled to join forces with Coca-Cola and Oreo to create a one-of-a-kind Slurpee drink experience that delights and excites our consumers,” Dennis Phelps, senior vice president of merchandising at 7-Eleven, said in a statement. “We’re bringing together the snack aisle and the Slurpee drink machine to give everyone a reason to head to our stores for a delicious, unforgettable moment.”

Unforgettable indeed. The company describes the Slurpee as “an exciting spin on the fan-favorite Coca-Cola Slurpee, combining the classic taste of a crisp and fizzy Coca-Cola with flavorful, Oreo sandwich cookie-inspired hints.” We imagine the flavor is pretty similar to what it tastes like when you wash a cookie down with a swig of soda.

The Slurpee flavor is inspired by the launch of two limited-edition treats that also combine the two flavors. Specifically, a Coca-Cola Oreo Zero Sugar and the Oreo Coca-Cola Sandwich Cookie. Yes, this is a taste sensation available not only in Slurpee form but also in bottled soda and cookie form. The cookies are Oreo’s classic chocolate cookie. One half has had Coca-Cola syrup and popping candies added to simulate the fizz of carbonated soda, while the other half is a Golden Oreo that’s been given a Coke-inspired makeover.

“Bringing together the playfulness of Oreo and the real magic of Coca-Cola is unexpected, but also feels right because our brands are alike in so many ways,” Oana Vlad, Coca-Cola Company’s global vice president of brand strategy, said in a statement provided to Food & Wine last month when the treats were announced. “As a first-of-its-kind collaboration for both brands, we are thrilled for besties around the world to join us in celebrating new products, great experiences and unexpected moments of connection

Both the sugar-free soda and the sugar-full cookies, along with the unique Slurpees, will be available at 7-Eleven, Speedway, and Stripes stores nationwide.

And if you’re looking for a party, 7-Eleven is celebrating the mashup by transforming one of its Dallas-areas stores into “The Besties Restie Stop” next weekend. On September 14th, the 7-Eleven store at 13635 Preston Road in Dallas will be offering travelers an opportunity to “spend quality time with their bestie” at the event and snag some unique Slurpee collectibles like cups with a Slurpee dollop lid and bestie straws from 2 to 10 p.m.

The idea behind the events is that 7-Eleven can serve as a rest stop when you’re on a road trip with a bestie, and of course, Oreo and Coca-Cola are the bestest of friends, apparently.

And whether you’re getting a Coca-Cola and Oreo Slurpee or sliding into fall with the Pumpkin Spice option, both can be delivered to your door using the 7Now app. The app also has real-time tracking, so you can keep an eye on that frozen wonder while it’s on its way to your door. If you miss out on that bestie party in Texas, Oreo and Coca-Cola have also joined forces on a new “Bestie Mode” line of merchandise that will be available later this month at Forever 21.
