According to KOIN News, The night before, the car's owner, Mark Holzmann, had been driving into a parking garage and "may have" cut a bicyclist off. Holzmann said, “I don’t know, it’s not like I overtook him, passed him, and turned in front of him. If anything he was coming up from behind me.” Apparently, the bicyclist then "went from zero to ballistic" and started "yelling, screaming, shouting." Holzmann believes the bicyclist may have found his address through his customized license plate.

One Redditor even noted that "people keep seeming to find notes like this. Based on some of the stuff I can legibly read, it talks about Saturn Worship, Identity change, Aryan Nations, Elon Musk, Skull N Bones Secret Society, the vaccines... This seems to be some conspiracy shit, it brings up a lot of below-the-surface-level conspiracies. [...] And these notes are seemingly becoming more common, I believe it’s the same text every time on every note."

"Native Arabic speaker here. As others commented, this looks like an attempt at black magic. The first three lines are mostly made up of symbols and random numbers and letters, but a few words stand out.
اسماء which can be translated as either the word "names" or the Arabic female name Asmaa
احمد = Ahmed
طه = Taha (another Arabic name)
الله = Allah/God
The last line is readable but hard to figure out what it means. It says طلسم لحسن والجمال المرة which is either a grammatically incorrect way of saying 'talisman for woman's wellness and beauty' or, the way I initially read it, it could mean 'talisman for Hassan and the Bitter Camels,' whatever that means.
Weird find in any case. I'd just toss it unless this seems like it's meant for you, in which case someone's being malicious."

A fellow Redditor had this possible explanation: "There’s a chance that it’s from someone in a 12 step program making amends to you. I think part of the program is making personal amends unless doing so would hurt the other person…maybe a friend stole from you in the past?"
