It's the start of the work week again, and I can't think of a better way to kick start the mornings than with a big and savory breakfast bowl.

Not only will these bowls fuel you with energy, but they'll also nourish and keep you full until lunch so you can get up and finish everything on your to-do list.

What Are Some Savory Breakfast Foods?

Everyone knows the classics like eggs, bacon and sausage, but there are many more food items that you can make savory breakfasts with, and even some typically sweet breakfast dishes that you can make savory. Toast with butter and jam is a common breakfast, but you can try toast with hummus and a fried egg or, of course, avocado toast.
