This $14 Million Condo on Miami’s Prestigious Fisher Island Has a Tiffany & Co-Inspired Bathroom

Off the southern tip of South Beach and only accessible by boat or helicopter, Miami’s 216-acre Fisher Island is one of the most expensive zip codes in the United States. On the seventh floor of the island’s 10-story Palazzo Del Sol building, a colorfully appointed residence with a lush, maximalist vibe recently hit the market for $14 million. Listed by Douglas Elliman’s Dina Goldentayer, the aerie spans just over 3,800 square feet with three bedrooms and three bathrooms, plus a powder room.

The sumptuous residence was designed by James Lumsden, a renowned artist and interior designer known for his work around the world, and, thanks to its exceptionally spacious layout and high ceiling, the apartment feels more like a single-family oceanfront home.

The home’s commitment to bold, saturated color is immediately evident in the foyer, which pops with blue elevator doors, a cheery yellow ceiling, and pearlescent walls. Additional extravagances found throughout include inlaid marble floors, lacquered walls, tray ceilings with intricate dentil moldings, and Venetian-style fluted pilasters, as well as a bespoke wall mural from artist Kaveri Singh.

Beyond a vast entrance gallery, a swanky media and bar room wouldn’t look out of place in a five-star hotel or private members’ club, while the sprawling great room houses the living room and the open-concept kitchen. A floor-to-ceiling wall of glass frames a water and skyline view, while the wood-paneled chef’s kitchen is gussied up with a black lacquer ceiling and a punch blue tile backsplash. Both the kitchen and the living room have direct access to a large covered terrace with ample seating and an outdoor dining area.

The Venetian-style primary suite is certainly bold, with paneled teal walls, access to the terrace, a small office area, and seating. There are also dual, walk-in closets and a spectacular Tiffany & Co-inspired bathroom with the brand’s quintessential robin egg blue on the door and ceiling. A freestanding soaking tub, large dual vanity, and elegant light fixtures round out the jewel box-like bathroom. The home features two additional en suite bedrooms and a bespoke wall mural from artist Kaveri Singh.

Fisher Island offers resort-style amenities, a deep-water marina, championship golf course, private beach club, and seven restaurants.
